After trying out more than 30 times of making own tomyam paste by mixing fresh herb ingredients to be used in marinating dried meat. We use authentic thailand Tomyam paste and mixing with ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves, chili and others. We adjust and come out with this tomyam flavour that is more suitable with local taste buds.
Like to try something special other than original dried meat but cant take it too spicy, you may opt for Tomyam Flavoured Dried Meat.
