1. Delivery
- We provide free delivery to a single location per order, for a one-time purchase of RM250.00 or above.
- For purchases less than RM250, a delivery fees of will be imposed according to GDex rates.
- Deliveries are available in Malaysia only, including Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia.
- Deliveries will be made within 5 working days from the day of order and payment is been made. It will take up to 7 days for delivery to East Malaysia.
2. Orders
- After your order and payment had been received, an automated invoice will be generated which will be send to your email with your order details and shipping address.
- No cancellation of orders once the invoice is been generated by the system.
- Once accepted goods are considered sold and non-refundable.
- In an unlikely event occurred where there is no stock for the ordered product. Our online sale representative will contact you to replace a similar product with the similar value or delay the delivery date.
3. Payment
- Our payment system accepts payment via credit card, online banking transfers, e-wallet and PayPal.
4. Product and Pricing
- All prices quoted on Tuck Kee website (www.wingheong.com) are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices can be subjected to change without prior.
- Special promotion are valid while stock lasts.
- All prices quoted are inclusive 6% Malaysian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
