Tuck Kee’s dried meat is made with fresh premium pork meat and marinated with our secret recipe.
Our dried meats are grilled by using charcoal, the traditional way by our Sifu.

And our Mala Spicy dried meat which is tender, juicy ,flavorful and end with some local spices to spice up your day !

Our dried meat are freshly grilled daily.

ur bakkwa has no preservative, hence please consume within 5days once you unpack or keep in chiller and reheat later.
Vacuum packed can keep for one month.
Keep in cool & dry place

For better enjoyment:
soak the unopened vacuum packed dried meat in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
reheat dried meat with microwave 20-30 seconds
heat wok and fry without oil at medium heat

我们的肉干不含防腐剂,真空袋打开后5天内吃完为佳,或冷藏保鲜。
真空包装可耐一个月。
放置干凉处
品尝肉干较好的方法:
将未打开的真空包装肉干浸泡在热水3至5分钟。
将肉干放入微波炉热至20-30秒即可食用。
放入热锅中(无需油)慢火煎热至即可食用。
